The hotel was beautiful and great, I recommend it to anyone. Never had a better trip before, everything was great. The personnel were very good and enthusiastic. The breakfast had plenty of options, coffee, toast, cereals, pastries, and fruit. The location a short walk to a train station was good and amazing. I tried some drinks at wine bar Symposium, located 10 minutes walk away...

During my New Year's stay, I found that the hotel was well-located with many attractions and restaurants nearby. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, providing me with a map and recommendations for places to eat. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the fact that it was spacious.
The only downside I experienced during my stay was that the breakfast options were a bit limited. However, this was not a major issue as there were many breakfast spots nearby.

The hotel's location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the nearby attractions and immerse myself in the local culture. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, with one particular staff member, Ms. Nancy, providing excellent hospitality. She took care of my needs, including buying me a bowl of porridge when I had a stomachache. Additionally, the hotel organized amazing trips to Halong Bay and food tours at a great price. The room was clean, well-equipped with modern facilities, and the WiFi was a plus. I cannot wait to bring my friends along on my next visit to experience the exceptional hospitality at Hanoi Exclusive Hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable stay.
